Born in the vast void of a not-yet-existing universe, Abraxas, among the rest of the archons, was one of the few creatures that watched the creation and advancement of the universes most creatures currently know. This world was called Madriax where the Demiurge, child of Sophia, sat on his throne. The Demiurge created the world while the archons created the God the world recognizes today, Yahweh or Allah.
Since they were born before the material plane existed, the archons are hermaphrodite, incorporeal sentient energy deities. Abraxas looks like a compact galaxy that stretches about eleven million miles in radius, complete with a black void filled with bright constellations, planets, and moons. However, Abraxas currently resides within a humanoid vessel where he chooses to mimic an arch-demon or Ifrit. Decorated with tattooed seals that cover most of the left side of his upper body save his head, he has flawless, cocoa-toned skin. Abraxas' crimson colored eyes shimmer in any light and his feline pupils make him look even more demonic. He stands about six feet even and weighs about one hundred and eighty pounds. He is lean and muscular with a chiseled jaw and messy black locks that fall to his neck. His right palm is branded with the seal of the Key to Abaddon. Golden hoops swing from his ebony lobes to compliment the usual garbs of his noble status.
- "Most people are other people. Their thoughts are someone else's opinions, their lives a mimicry, their passions a quotation."
- — Zorzi, Abraxas
- Independent: Abraxas served as the guardian of a gate to Hell for many aeons and now, as he is finally free from his duty, he wants to do what he wants to do and will not let anyone stop him. Though mostly passive aggressive, Abraxas is a skilled tormentor.
- Realistic: He watched the world grow into what it has become today and knows every secret of the universe as if they were his. Thus he is extremely blunt and real. He calculates all of his moves carefully and understands what is really happening, always.
- Witty: One of his most promising qualities is his quick wit. He is able to create elaborate plans in the time it takes someone to blink have executed them in the time it took them to breathe.
- Charismatic: Because of his lustfulness, Abraxas has adapted quickly to the concept of charm. His sweet, demonic grin and chiseled body make him the perfect bachelor for any man or woman. He loves to fuck and he loves to get his way. Wouldn't you?
- Lustful: After years in Hell, being surrounded by torment, torment, and wet dreams, Abraxas fell victim to mortal desire. Though, he does not consider this a sin but a luxury. He believes it is a proper prize for power.
Before there was a material plane where senses were necessary and touch was a luxury, the archons were born. As a result of this, they are volatile incorporeal sentient energy deities. In his purest form, Abraxas is about the size of Africa and looks like a galaxy. His black void is complimented with shining constellations, planets, and moons. Being 100% celestial energy, Abraxas' true form consumes anything in it. If the seal on his vessel was to ever be broken, everything within an eleven million mile radius would be consumed, only to never be seen or heard from again. Lost within the vast void that is an archon's truest form. Be that as it may, the archon have no senses besides what the people now call the sixth sense. Abraxas cannot see, hear, smell or feel (technically). On the astral plane, he is seen as a compact void of celestial energy shaped like a humanoid. Abraxas is only able to "see" on the astral plane. Albeit, the archon "see" in every direction at once. Creatures appear in their truest form to the archons as they can only see their soul or spirit. The archon passively feeds on low-frequency energies given off by emotions and use this to translate conversations, thus allowing them to speak every language. However, this also means that he is only able to speak telepathically but, mimicking humans, he mouths the words and it seems as if he's simply talking. Essentially, he is among the most powerful beings in all of the universes and dimensions but his power is limited due to being trapped inside of his vessel. As he is a relatively powerful being, his energy has bonded with the seal on his humanoid body and spread throughout its entire vessel. As a result, his vessel is durable enough to walk on the sun, withstand moving at speeds beyond Mach 9 and be thrown through mountains and stand back up with little visible damage. Unable to use any of the senses, this vessel moves completely by keeping the medulla oblongata alive. The basic motor control allows Abraxas to move by using less energy so that he may put it towards other actions. As a knowledgeable archon, all of his actions are meticulously prepared and thus, he excels in efficiency. Naturally, being composed of 100% celestial energy, the archons are divine beings. He is immune to any magic with an affinity to heaven or Hell. Blessings and curses are negated by his divinity since he holds no bias to either. Abraxas is able to tap into the ethos of the universe which allows him to control and manipulate ethereal energy, also known as astral or celestial energy. This makes him omnifarious and able to use omnimagic. Abraxas is able to perform all forms of magic and withholds knowledge of the universe secret to even Yahweh. He has maximum quintessential control, which is access to a nearly limitless pool of life energy. Unfortunately, his power is limited in this vessel which limits his ability to access the ethos to its fullest potential. Branded on Abraxas right palm is the seal of the Key to Abaddon. With this seal permanently branded onto his vessel's palm, Abraxas is able to draw the gate of Abaddon anywhere and open it, releasing his army of hellspawn upon any force. Abraxas celestial humanoid body is immune to poisons and toxins due to the fact that his body isn't powered by anything but celestial energy. Being able to manipulate ethereal energy, he is able to generate and compress the energy into any shape he chooses. Additionally, Abraxas does have a rapid regenerative ability albeit he has never used it.
Abraxas wields a massive & hellish great ax, dubbed Pyrrona long ago. This Labrys battle ax towers ninety inches in total with the blade itself being thirty forty inches tall. From edge to edge, this ax's blade is forty-eight inches across
& crafted with an orichalcum-uru alloy. It is decorated with a plethora of ancient seals and comes complete with a woven grip. The pole is crafted from the same orichalcum-uru alloy and has a devilish spiked chain and ball hanging from the pommel. The uru makes this weapon only able to be wielded by Abraxas and allows it to be able to be summoned on command. Pyrrona weighs about two thousand and five hundred pounds and with the help of the orichalcum-uru alloy, is magic-resistant and extremely durable. Being crafted in the flames of Hell, Pyrrona also allows the wielder to psionically summon and command the black flames of Satan. This particular fire is an inextinguishable black flame that can incinerate anything to the point of leaving absolutely no byproduct (not even ashes), and even smother and "burn" normal fire and water. Backed by Abraxas' sheer might, Pyronna is capable of causing fissures and starting earthquakes. Pyronna has shaken the heavens and created valleys in Hell. Pyronna is powered by both the flames of Hell but also the conflicting celestial energy of Abraxas. The archon is linked to this ax by nature and thus, he cherishes this ax more than his children. At the center of the ax is the eye of Pyronna. This eye consumes the souls of Pyronna's victims and holds it hostage, making them follow Abraxas' commands without question or delay.
Companions and familiarsEdit
In the beginningEdit
Genesis, chapter one, verse one: In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. So who created God? The archons. Long before the birth of time and heaven was a place later dubbed Madriax. Sophia, personification of existence and mother of all that exists, birthed a monstrous entity named the Demiurge and, being ashamed of her deed, wrapped him in a cloud and created a throne for him to be within it. The Demiurge, isolated, did not behold his mother, nor anyone else concluded that only he himself existed, being ignorant of the superior levels of reality. This was an empty and formless reality where things weren't touched, sounds weren't heard and scents didn't poison the space. The Demiurge, having received a portion of power from his mother, sets about a work of creation in unconscious imitation of the superior Pleromatic realm (where Sophia resided): He frames the seven heavens, as well as all material and animal things, according to forms furnished by his mother; working however blindly, and ignorant even of the existence of the mother who is the source of all his energy. He is blind to all that is spiritual, but he is king over the other two provinces. Thus Sophia’s power becomes enclosed within the material forms of humanity, themselves entrapped within the material universe: the goal of Gnostic movements was typically the awakening of this spark, which permitted a return by the subject to the superior, non-material realities which were its primal source. To assist in the creation of the material plane, the Demiurge created the archons. They helped maintain humanity and served as teachers of the universe. The archons then created what most of the universe understands to be the all-powerful God. The Demiurge transcended to Madriax while the archons continued their duty in maintaining the universe. God created a new heaven while also creating a new humanity, beginning with Adam. God created the angels and demons and allowed humanity to run rampant. The archons then took the duty of guarding all of the gates to all of the heavens and Hell to protect humanity.
He commanded a legion of Hellhounds and his name carried respect in every level of Hell. Even Satan himself feared the power of the archon. During the war between heaven and hell, the archons were a neutral party. Alas, no one was safe from the wrath of good and evil. Thus, Abraxas found himself guilty of the murder of thousands of angels and demons. Even archons that were interested in trying to overthrow both God and Satan weren't safe from Abraxas' rage. However, after the world had finally settled down, Abraxas found a home in Hell at the gate of Abaddon. With a new God leading the world, to know of the archons was a secret taboo. Only a small group of creatures was knowledgeable of the archons existence. The archons typically passed for demons or angels. Certain small groups of humans worshiped the archons, giving them names and sacrificial offerings. The guardian to the gate of Hell which held the hellhounds at bay was named Abraxas. Abraxas was recognized as the god of leadership and sex by the humans. Since the archons communicate telepathically, Abraxas spoke to the false priests of humanity. All of the archons were disgusted with this new breed of humanity that Yahweh had created. Their imperfection made the archons regret their creation. Thus, the archon posed as false gods so that humanity may fall in hopes the Demiurge would return and restore humanity to nobility. Abraxas convinced his prophets to sacrifice one of their willing, young warriors. The village tattooed him with the seals Abraxas taught them to design then opened the gate to Hell and summoned Abraxas within the young man using another seal he taught the prophet to draw. Despite trapping himself in a human body, Abraxas made a calculated move for the future before he returned to his place at the gate. The people continued to worship Abraxas until he was beaten by God in the race to loyalty. The people who worshiped the archons were dismissed as witches and Satan worshippers. They were murdered and hunted and treated like terrorists. Thus, Abraxas was forgotten as a deity. However, his legend still lived on and his teachings were a rarity for collectors and secret worshippers of the old art. Meanwhile, in Hell, Abraxas has become a lustful being. He'd succumb to the pleasures of desire and sex was his sin of choice. He'd indulge in the sin with the succubi and fallen humans. It wouldn't take long for Abraxas to find himself extremely bored of his job. As planned, with this humanoid body, Abraxas was able to now enjoy the company of other beings a bit more.
It's a new dayEdit
It didn't take long before Abraxas was able to find a human desperate enough to summon him. On the outskirts of the empire of An-Nar, a man struggles to save his dying comrade. Earlier that day his squadron was ambushed and massacred by a gang of bandits. Only he and his comrade survived. Abraxas sends an imp to influence the man to summon him. The imp starts by placing the grimoire with the instructions in the room, silently. He then lets time go by before he knocks the book to the ground. As instructed by Abraxas, he waits until the warrior's comrade dies before he flips the grimoire to the page for the warrior to use. Abraxas waited patiently at the gate of Hell with his four most loyal Hellhounds until the man finally opened the gate of Abaddon and summoned Abraxas. Abraxas then rewarded the warrior with a place in Hell, granting him limited power and placing him at the gate of Abaddon in his stead. He resurrects the warrior's friend as a zombie before massacring the entire village he was summoned in so that there would be no witnesses. He branded the key to the gate of Abaddon on his right palm and with his new zombie bodyguard, Leonard, and his four most-promising hounds, he proceeds to the An-Nar castle in hopes of finding a less tedious purpose in the material plane. Luckily, after being welcomed by Empress Lussuria, Abraxas found exactly what he was looking for. It didn't take long for Abraxas to create himself a family name and become appointed Warlord of the An-Nar Empire. He commands an army and created the Order of the 13 Heavens which consists of the empire's most talented knights. Abraxas also began breeding Hellhounds below the castle and uses them in a special unit, a secret to even royalty. All in all, Abraxas is now where he belongs, doing what he wants to do.
Abraxas is a compound of the Egyptian words abrak and sax, meaning “the honorable and hallowed word,” or “the word is adorable."
